Booked a room with magnificent views of the ocean. The hotel had a lovely and excellent location back to the Mexico Magico show at the park. We didn't want to leave and would definitely stop here again.

This hotel was ideal base for exploring Playa del Carmen, loved it and venue’s well-trained staff who kept saying we would get the service. The location was incredible, at a short distance from an outdoor amusement park. There was a cove and a park next to the place. We ate at an outdoor restaurant for dinner.

Great location to jungle in the back with monkeys in the trees. Clean room, a shower, hairdryers, and bathrobes in the room.

The staff are incredible and accommodating. Make sure you stay in the deluxe room with shower, 2 double beds, a phone.

We had the a double room provided with 2 double beds and the showers, for instance.

By and large, it was lovely base for sightseeing in Playa del Carmen, had much fun and met pleasant staff who kept saying we would get the service. The room was fine and beautiful with a shower, a hairdryer, and dressing gowns in the private bathroom. The location in Mexican restaurant was marvellous and absolutely perfect for us.

All the services were excellent, the room was well-kept with a phone and the condition and coffee. Genuinely helpful staff was available all the time.

The hotel serves good breakfasts and offers clean rooms with 2 double beds, the showers plus coffee. The atmosphere of the property is exclusive. The location of the hotel is great, close to the a la carte restaurants and buffet restaurants and the beach or pools. Again, it's 1 mile from a jungle adventure park.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. The natural beauty, with its lush greenery, exotic animals, and gorgeous beach, made it a truly enchanting experience. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its prime location. It was conveniently situated near nature trails and had easy access to the beach and various pools. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the friendly and polite staff. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't particularly enjoy. Additionally, the cocktails were not to our liking, so we opted for beer instead.

The location was stunning back to the Mexico Magico show at the park and the staff here was especially helpful and extremely helpful. Plus, it was close to other public beaches, cenotes, and shopping and authentic jungle and ruins in a safe, well-integrated manner. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room, liked that. The breakfast was served in the restaurant.

Good food in the restaurant for breakfast. Had a double room with a phone, king or queen bed and the showers. Beautiful and lovely location to the dining experiences with views of the ocean.

Fantastic morning meal in the bar. The pool area is amazing too.
